I am a Textile Design Graduate, working on my Masters Degree in Norwich. I don't know whatI specialise in, as I love working with techniques from sculpture to crochet, with more than a strong nod towards a passion for craft, culture and traditional process (twisted to work with a modern aesthetic). Rather successfully (if I do say so myself) I work with designing some funky digital printy patterns, which seems to compliment and conflict my experimentation with unconventional materials in a predominantly fashion centred context. I live for flamboyant design; with meaningful imagery, bright colours, with a possible flare of embellishment.
I am currently driven by designing for the current issues of mental health in society (hence the name ORNA-MENTAL).
